Today was the official opening of “Terre Natale” for the Cartier Foundation in Paris, a project to which I devoted the past two months. The architecture agency Diller Scofidio + Renfro was asked to realize philosopher Paul Virilio’s perspective on changing conditions around the world.

Disaster Strikes PSA
I collaborated with Kristel Brinshot on this 30 second motion graphics PSA. It was part of a competition sponsored by PSAid.org who advocates sending monetary donations rather than food or clothing to countries who suffer from natural disasters.
Germs Burn for Darby Crash
This piece was presented as part of the Visual Music Concert performed by UCLA Design | Media Arts students under the direction of Casey Reas. Each student chose from a list of experimental sound pieces. We then used Processing to create our representation of this piece through animate visuals. My visuals are an abstraction of Matmos’ piece “Germs Burn For Darby Crash”. It was originally intended as a performance, as the visuals were 50% controlled by myself and 50% by the sound itself.
